There are a lot of ways a takeover could work that would likely be acceptable to current holders. A full scrip offer valuing kyp over 25c from someone like Seek would likely succeed.
My preference would be to see more growth, with the potential for a small dividend ahead to underpin the share price. This could realistically be worth $1 in five years, so not in a hurry to sell for coins.
