interesting statements, I had a sniff at may myself. reckon they will have a harder time commercialising their oil fields in Cuba then exr will in a already existing gas field with infrastructure ready.
Considering all of exr's major neighbours in this already proven gas field seem to be already busy and interested in the area it seems highly probable that a commercial discovery of our tenements is both possible and will have a strong value attached to it if and when proven. Right place, right commodity and right time.
No Ill will to may and its holders, hope it makes its holders a couple bags although I feel exr is the safer play right now.
Resource in the ground is only worth something if it gets extracted after all.
