Would disagree. They have just set up funding for other assets and one that has parameters to provide the lowest dilution. Way to many people hear honestly thought a deal would get completed in a month or two.
This deal will take time, doesn't matter how badly T/O would like a deal so options end in the money. Fact remains funding comes from a company T/O has no influence over.
I think it now is more that the market does not anticipate that there will be a deal before options. Does mean less money in the bank but more importantly, it leaves an open deadline as to when the deal will get done.
T/O basically told everyone when the results were going to come out last time around and this time, there has been no change in language around progression of talks.
Means people have time to move their money elsewhere and come back and still get the rise. Since 1Ad announcement, MSB has 4x'd People do not have the patience to just wait around for this announcement, especially when there are no goals or guidance provided.
Just my 2 cents but straight up, we would not survive a CR to fund phase 2. We either get the funding or we drop the product simple as that. If we are hoping for even 10mil in upfront payments. We would essentially need to double the registry in a CR with a discount. Not even includingon going costs. Not going to happen
