Very clear that this funding arrangement was designed to show that we are not desperate for any deal and will not be accepting any low ball offers .
I think if there is competing parties serious about getting rights to AD214 they better to go in hard early as this will as soon as an offer is made in the reals of US $45m up front. Every possibility this happens next few weeks.
