1. Amos has stated this is the minimal amount of staff that W2V needs to operate, so the only way to get out of the cash burn is to grow the customer base.
2. What do you think they're trying to do? There's lots of competition out there! Many of these enterprise clients either have their own department for VAT reclaim or have another entity that does it for them.
3. W2V operates in the B2B (business to business) realms. How's an ad on TikTok filled with 15 year old children going to get W2V more business clients? Also, your complaining about the cash burn on one hand, then simultaneously, you want them to blow hundreds of thousands of dollars on a social media campaign. So children on FB or IG can watch a VAT reclaim ad? None of that logic makes any sense.
W2V attends VAT conferences that are filled with potential clients & competition. I've posted about them on these threads several times, if you had bothered to read them & not have your own agenda. These conferences would be a great place to steal potential clients away from the competition & also suss out a potential takeover target.
