Regarding costs, I'm pretty sure, as part of the ARENA grant, $2m was to be for operation of the CDP. Whether any, or all of this, has already been granted or due, not sure.
Also, the company has never said if they are being given the biogas feedstock free, or if they are paying for it. Also if a reasonable quantity of hydrogen has been produced, have they on sold any yet? The "considerable amount of graphite", and its possible
