I don't think a cheap takeover here is much of a risk, unless the share register has changed a hell of a lot in the last 12 months . Only one substantial shareholder - AP Ventures LLP at just over 5%. Most of the top 20 hold relatively small parcels.
If someone wanted to make a takeover, they'd most likely have to build a stake on market, which will drive the price up very quickly.
I reckon that any big movement in the share register that suggest a takeover is possible, would light a fuse under the SP.
I don't think a cheap takeover here is much of a risk, unless...
