The fees was made of 3 parts:
1. Engineering fees ==> Available on sign up (formal sign up/ FEED?)
2. Licence fees which was one off ==> Paid at FID (~1 year from sign up)
3. Capacity linked fees ==> Paid on production (~2-3 years from FID)
Overall the fees was quoted by GC as $30M-$70M/year (?). This I assume would be the production fees per year (?)
If we assume a licence fees of say $20/kg it comes to $50 M. I seem to recall a financial model shared here which assumed a licence fees of $50 per kg which was too high....
