Im with you on that.. but I do believe that he can say something like:
" We have taken court action to get the JA to make a decision. We believe that it has taken too long and that the court will favour with our application and grant a time frame in which to make that decision. We are confident "
THAT would be a nice statement without saying anything to jeopardise your case or be 'misleading' etc.....
Anyways...we shall WAIT AND SEEE.... lol
