Someone should ask the question if AOK (side note: how ironic that their new symbol is A-Okay hahaha - probably an intentional marketing ploy) is still on the hook in the Philippines because BS has yet to pay them. I remember AOK stating to the market that they have given notice that BS are in default because they deal to purchase Nido has not been consummated. I hear the Philippines DOE are not happy that nothing has happened with Cadlao after more than two years of empty promises.
