Haven't watched it but from what you guys are saying it sounds like he's painting a picture of where the project is at in terms of past plans. This might be to soften the blow for employees who have to be let go now. It might also be to provide justification or an explanation for the about face the Company must now perform, or a right turn into finding a new source of supply for the envisioned refinery such as from Australia with Australian Government backing, finance and even a small shareholding. It might also be intended for the ears of the Vietnamese Government to show them that if they want the project to go ahead then the exploration licences BSX has applied for in-country might advantage the advancement or even continuation of the project. Essentially, from your summary if this is the path forward for BSX I'm hoping that the upcoming crypto bull-run will give me an opportunity to offset my large loss in this stalled company some time next year, say around June before the crypto market crashes in October. It might be to justify an incoming CR at a horrendous MC. Who knows. What it isn't is a winning business plan in my opinion. But I didn't watch the webinar, I just don't feel any confidence in this story I'm hearing.

I think this might be the most diplomatic way of parting ways, or pulling back with potential partners who have been working closely with BSX over the years, such as Ecopro and setting the scene for an exciting new direction for the Company, Vietnam and Australia. Providing the previous potential partners and shareholders with a clear picture of the current status of plans and providing a background for something new.
