As I see it,,, AXP owns an oil/gas field containing major development. The inability to fully (even partially) produce oil stemmed from the inability to get rid of the gas. That problem has now been partially corrected with the conversion of some of the gas into electricity definitely helping the bottom line. Should some entity decide it wants the huge volume of gas in the field and builds a pipeline and scrubber it becomes a whole new ball game. Then there is the deep formation which intrigues me. Would really like some solid geological information on it. I think I read somewhere that it's been drilled into but because of the formations above it has a problem to produce/test/etc. Would appreciate some helpful comment here.
