Don't forget that Hazer has granted Fortis exlusive rights to the process in Canada so long as they proceed before the end of the year. Not sure what arrangements they have with the other company but even if the same or similar, they are a big company, they can pursue both options as the amounts of money is small for them, and the rewards can be enormous. A dare say that Mineral Resources is regretting not proceeding with developing the graphite side of the business and relinquishing their exclusive global rights to Hazer graphite - best 'bad' thing that ever happened to hazer.
