That is how it should but the answer needs to have some logical and technical (not charting) supporting evidence or thesis (no need to disclose here) behind it (not simply a fund has bought so i buy).
share price was 12c and previous management was blamed badly on this forum, then we got new CEO who is also now 4.25 year in the role and can not claim as "new management" and share price is now 0.004 !
