My biggest fear is a strategic investor who comes bearing gifts. Someone like GSK or Merck. They will do a deal with the 2 instos, snap up 20% on the cheap at the cost of funding this thing for a bit and then snag the rest once the hard works done and profitability is achieved.
That way long term holders won't see significant upside for their risk. I'm sure it's happened before. At current price, would only cost 10M for that little stunt. If it goes bad, they buy what they need, secure the IP and ciao.
