Max re Israel pretty sure the insurer will only cover the hospital and doctors but not the device.
Re Europe there are over 140,000 new cases per year of which statistically approximately 40,000 would be locally advanced, you would think that the wealthiest 5% of those could easily afford to travel to a hospital with trained staff and pay out of pocket and yet we are a long way from getting 2000 patients per year treated with the device , we still haven't done 100 in a year.
