    One thing I thought was significant was Tim Forbes answer to the question - Was the Fortis FID subject to the successful testing of the MK2 reactor to which he replied - no not really (26 minute mark of the video). My take on this is that for the current size of the Fortis project the original reactor is sufficient, but I think their ambitions for the project are much greater, and so they would prefer to work with the second reactor with the intention of scaling up further in the future. Nevertheless, the fact that FID does not depend on the MK2 reactor is a significant reduction in risk of the FID not being approved. I also think that these plans for a larger plant are the reason that the site selection has become more critical and difficult to make. In fact this is pretty much what Glen Corrie says 16 minutes into the video, that a key factor in site selection is the potential to scale beyond the initial 2500 T design.

    So probability of Fortis positive FID improved.
    Commercial value of the project increased due to plans to scale up.
