As outlined in PYC's recent investor update webinar, next week, 16-19th June, PYC will be attending Bio International Convention 2025 in Boston, USA

The major theme is Bio Partnering facilitation. My research into this event is that PYC is not registered as a Convention presenter, nor as an exhibitor. My belief is that PYC is attending principally to continue discussions, (as distinct from initiate discussions), relating to its business development pathway with one or more interested parties.

I am somewhat optimistic that last weeks meeting between PYC and FDA, seeking clarity on endpoints for RP11 registrational trial may likely be positive for PYC and RP11 patients alike. I really like that recently PYC have been green lighted to increase 30mcg cohort up to 120mcg in the open label extension study, to evaluate possible dosing interval expansion and as well I wonder if additional efficacy readouts may emerge down the track?

In about a month from now, (fraction less), FDA will provide PYC with the minutes to our meeting, mentioned above.

Another comment from the recent investor webinar, indicated growing interest for our platform as distinct to individual pipeline assets.

Plenty of good reasons for partnering discussions to be ratcheting upwards IMO
