Every small cap that has MC appreciation has a group or multiple groups to help with that appreciation , whether be called market manipulation or something other is an opinion only but NRX has no interest from the market and I have suspicions as to why, $7m MC is creating a stench with underbidding sitting there waiting patiently and probably more that are not visible. Only thing I know is any cash raising should be getting done at a much higher SP but most likely won’t.
