Just for the record, consolidation needs to occur for the company to grow and adapt according to constant changes in geopolitical landscape.
As mentioned in todays conference, this is part of the journey for MGT, though it’s disappointing to have a delayed DFS, the benefits of securing substantial investment that will positively increase SP is what we are all here for. $$$$$$$
I was initially against consolidation, but the long term benefits of moving forward and allowing institutional investors to deposit funds makes it a no brainer.
The 50:1 ratio consolidation hopefully works out to be, your 1 share equals $1.00 after consolidation as a minimum. At this point institutional investors deposit funds and SP will improve substantially.
