    Pension funds , soverign wealth funds etc. many that have over 2 bill in funds management can't invest in penny dreadfull's regardless of their market cap
    so even if MGT was trading at 15c or 20c they wouldn't be able to invest into it.
    At 50c and over they can. Not agreeing of such mandates just explaining, consolidation needs to be done to attract such insto's to the register
