    Mate, how long do you think the SP would stay at $1 after the consolidation???
    Few of my other holdings underwent a consolidation and most of them the SP went down ..
    I can only see the SP going down from there even though there is talk of potential institutional investors. I wouldn't think many would be buying MGT at $1.
