Currently a 50 -1 would see us around 80 cents, institution's would get 10-15% discount, sp will adjust and end up around 70 cents.
Shareholders have seen this play out many times including myself so get out and back in at a lower price.
Just good portfolio management in my opinion.

Like I said timing is key, management should produce the DFS and sp would likely pop up to 4 or 5 cents at least, then consolidate and bring in institutions. SP would pull back to 3 or 4 cents in pre consolidated numbers.

Faithful retail would be far more accepting of that scenario.
Unfortunately management are focused on the big end of town and getting them in at a premium discount, they have disregarded the little guys that got them this far.

I have trimmed 2 thirds as like many we are used these games and just need to play along.
Appreciate your loyalty and certainly agree long term it's still got the goods.
