Yes I understand, as per your post it's all about management and funding partners.
So retail needs to adjust strategy based on the scenario I posted to take advantage.
Management should be more accountable to current holders in my opinion.

The partner has said go bigger, now they need more funds and the next request is if you want our money consolidate. Tail wagging the dog.
Management keep getting paid, investors get in at a premium faithful holders get worked over.

It's just reality retail has taken all the risk and as it becomes de risked management allow institutions to get in cheaper than many that have been here a while.
