If they can get a few big US institutions on board as cornerstone investors, then it becomes a completely new ball game...

They key will be to market in correctly in the US, though, and do plenty of face2face interactions - those big instos aren't going to buy some Aussie microcap stock via a Zoom call, I can tell you. It's all relationship driven in that world. I have seen several Australian companies get an OTC listing but never utilise it properly, expecting the US investors to just buy shares without any marketing directly in the USA! They will need to be roadshowing this every second month to keep on people's radars, otherwise its a wasted opportunity in my view. And if the market cap becomes big enough, they could even consider a NASDAQ listing like IPX....

IPX have Fidelity on their register - if MTM could snag someone like that, then the perception changes completely.
