I'm curious how you reached $16m? I haven't done the sums myself so you could well be right. I did expect it to be lower since my understanding is that BID has already invested the bulk of the money to get the software to a mature state and that the ongoing running costs would be low as essentially they are using the pretrained robotic workforce which run on cloud servers at 10% of human cost.
