I am rather concerned in respect of recent happenings with NZS.
I understand that the BOD (apart from the serial board sitter, Chairman Willisee) are relatively inexperienced,
Nevertheless I find the recent situation where we have a substantial CR (with a complex sales price mechanism that was subsequently abandoned after the cut off date for investments), followed effectively immediately by a Trading Halt (to announce that a key contract will be substantially reduced) to be rather questionable,
This, predictably, has been followed by a substantial drop in the SP.
Added to this, neither of the last two Webinars are available for viewing reportedly due to equipment malfunctions.
Whilst I do not normally subscribe to conspiracy theories, I find this sequence of events somewhat disturbing.
I am a LT holder in NZS and my initial entry price was 1.3c.
I participated in the recent CR at 4.2c.
I also have a substantial holding of NZSOA.
Trust is a very fragile commodity.
I hope the future actions of the BOD and management demonstrate a more professional approach to their collective responsibilities to all shareholders..
