IMO if they complete the FNTP process by this new Q4 deadline they won’t dilute. The one thing they have done well is manage capital.
if they managed timelines as well as capital we’d be rich by now.
management do own shares and their families are also in for a purchased packet. So I’d say they have skin in the game and wouldn’t have been expecting such long delays.
doesn’t excuse them, but it is what it is now.
if they achieve this target for once I’d see the SP being 8-10 cents minimum. Possibly 15 if they get 2 plants underway (one being built, another through permits) by then.
