There wont be a substantial announcement and if there is it will be closely followed by another contract falling through. Would love to be proved wrong but i feel im just being realistic

thing is no (new/substantial) direction has been taken - least not that we know of- so cant take a corner if not moving.

NZS has been going in circles or straight back down the way they came but in a more direct line.
