I agree with you apart from "It was evident that Leslie disagreed with this cap raise". I didn't get that impression at all. The impression I got was that she had enough of the questions - Why do you need more money, when's the partnership deal coming along.

People should be able to figure it out, we were a ~1.5B company with 30M in the bank, & multiple assets. That money can go fast if we accelerate each, of the three channels, and then what? People would see an eventual cap raise coming leading to a sell down and then a raise at a lower price.

They are not after a quick flip of this company they all believe in the science so they are pushing it as far as they can. Also the cornerstone investors that want to remain unnamed... I try to not much of a speculator but, I would guess at least one of these companies is a well known pharam. Leslie even had a little slip-up calling them a companies before saying investors.
