First will be the announcement that will contain the glossy investor presentation for the cap raise, likely pre-open or not long after. Once the "pre-news" period ends (I think 15mins), then the halt is lifted and the stock will be tradeable. The glossy investor presentation just released to market will be what LC uses as the webinar presentation. Afer LC has finished then it will be opened up to questions.

A couple of unknowns - whether or not we get another announcement along side this is up in the air. We may get an extra one if it's a big one, however if it's new results on existing products it may simply be included as new information in the investor presentation. We may also get a halt extension if there is something else big in the works but not yet ready. History shows this to be unlikely as the only time IMU uses a halt is for CR's
