Some of you guys need to do a little more research.
You don’t have to build some mega lithium hydroxide processing plant from the off, costing a billion dollars.
A small plant can be built within 2 years for under $100m and a lot of that would likely be government backed as it was at this one in Japan: https://www.mining.com/orocobre-toyota-tsusho-green-light-first-lithium-hydroxide-plant-japan/
CXO could fund that themselves a few years into production.
