On the political side of things, he made no prediction, which is wise. Then preceded to point out the elements of gas shortage and need for CCS in meeting CO2 reduction targets ( already in his presentation) will need to be addressed by whoever leads after the next election.
It seems based on information from today (not really new info) has painted the Fed govt into a corner. It is going to happen, just a matter of when.
