The cold hard reality is that the ALP will almost 100% certainly cancel PEP11 if they get in. All the polls etc suggest an ALP win is likely. PEP11's only chance IMO is if KP drops approval just before caretaker mode kicks in just to annoy Albo and Zali.
This is weak opinion based on exactly what? when did either party ever stop a development at the federal level? Vic state gov stopped fracking, this is not fracking.
