I had signed up to listen to this but my wife and I had another child yesterday.

There is a significant difference between fulfilling his duty to satisfy scheme terms and genuinely wanting to sell out and/or having no idea how to properly commercialise this.

I’ve been giving benefit of doubt to them and are still prepared to a tiny bit, however reports like this concern me.IF there is no significant movement until just before the vote (ie fda, significant offer increase, multiple bids), we should consider whether an egm is possible if we really see this BoD is not acting in our best interests.

Again, I’m prepared to wait a little longer, but the vote in my eyes is the deadline for them to really produce significant results, otherwise we should consider changing them, still voting no and moving forward with new management.Just thinking out loud.
