    I pretty much agree Rusty.

    My take (IMO):

TK is completely exhausted and burnt out.

It seems pretty clear that the new line those in higher places have decided to push, in addition to the "share price premium blah blah" rhetoric, is to highlight the "risks" of moving forward "alone" - in a clear and blatant attempt to create enough fear among shareholders to sell.

One thing that I felt very contradictory - TK was highlighting the "risks" of advancing forward, and lack of resources at hand to achieve this etc. etc. Only to then highlight that Pfizer do not have such risks or lack of resources (obviously given who they are) etc. etc.

How is it in the shareholders best interests then to sell to Pfizer? Surely it is in our best interests to establish some sort of partnership, so our company can leverage their resources to commercialise our technology???

I think we as shareholders really need a leader with energy, confidence, and capacity to effectively negotiate what is actually in our best interests.

I do not have faith (nor trust now unfortunately) that our BOD have our best interests in mind, or have the professional competence to negotiate at the "level" required to deal with such large entities. This has also been a weakness in the past I feel.

i really do hope that we as shareholders keep banding together to vote NO.
