While I didn’t like and got slightly annoyed how TK kept talking about the premium to the trading SP etc, I’m choosing to ignore that for now due to his obligations to the scheme arrangement.
I do think he harped on a bit too much about these potential risks to commercialise the product, as it makes the BOD seem like it wasn’t something they didn’t have to consider previously or didn’t have a plan in place to take this absolutely groundbreaking tech to market.
I do like however that it seems there are discussions with other companies sitting on the sidelines perhaps waiting for the right moment to launch their own bid. I like it not because I want to sell, but hopefully it pulls everyone into line in reflecting a proper SP for us all.
I do like that as TK said, the decision is ultimately in our hands regarding the vote.
I also like that more discussions are being had for Dx in the background and that FDA decision is due soon for SleepCheck, although I’m not placing too much weight on that impacting SP either way. It would just be a bonus if it was a positive reaction and uptake.
I still stand by my comments prior about the BoD and something significant needing to happen prior to the vote, however the optimist in me heard enough to think that there may be some interesting things coming up for us as SH and for the company.
