    This tech is so precious that there is no reasonable price to agree for a TO. IMO to reach the max I can only see a cornerstone participation from Pfizer or a license deal. Cant understand why this solution wasnt in play. Or why mgt cant explain why TO is the better solution than a cornerstone participation. IMO
