I read the 'partnering enquiry' as a way of other start up bio researchers/companies to engage PAR with an opportunity to partner, early stage opportunities, not for Big Pharma to register thier interest. I remember reading somewhere that PAR is always on the look out for other new opportunities...Just my thoughts
