If you have a minable resource now, why have you been sitting on it since 2019? Start now, expand later. Maybe a boutique mine using picks and shovels. The state rents out convict labor and there’s a prison at Kingman. For a labor cost of 50 cents an hour, it might work, except BLM is never going to allow mining that close to soon-to-be reservation.
The announcement said, “Participants will be able to submit questions to the panel.” So this was a panel of Paul, maybe facing a mirror, while talking about the “team?”
