This market action is not justified by Calidus announcements in my opinion.
If my perspective has any value - then something else is at play.
I don't know the details of the financial covenants associated with the debt, but could there be a clause related to debt versus market or similar?
If such conditions existed, one would wonder whether DR might seek a friendly investor (Alkane) to prop up prices
