I still believe in Calidus. It been a horror couple of months for sure, but $40 million profit each year is nothing to scoff at given where our ev and market cap is.

The big concern many have highlighted is labour. I work for one of the biggest mining companies in the world, also located east Pilbara. The amount of highly experienced and skilled people that have left just in this last 2 weeks is incredible. People don’t leave because it’s hot, they leave for more money, a 2/2 roster, and sometimes they get both more money for a better roster somewhere else.
spoke to Dave, he said Calidus is providing a 5% site allowance bonus to attract and retain new staff. It will help, how much idk.
hopefully next week we get confirmation the bores are all complete.
