I agree with all you have said and true enough the BOD is accountable for all decisions ultimately, but I think on balance they have done a good job.
With the one exception and that is the the clay content of the ore. Processing tests are carried out prior to a feasibility study so how could that be so easily over looked. Pretty basic testing I would think would have highlighted this problem and it could have been rectified earlier.
However we are human and mistakes get made by everyone every day so we should take this on the chin and wait for the good news that the plant is back to operating at design spec's continuously.
Friday can't come quick enough for me having dropped so much cash into this and to be dripping blood atm.
