Informative session today.
2 out of my 3 questions were answered and to my satisfaction.
My key two takeaways are:
1. It looks like it will take a few more years for the technology to become commercial/scaleable, which is expected but just managing everybody's expectations. There will be plenty of share price sensitive news flow coming through along the way.
2. the question that wasn't answered was about
a- how the company valued Ubaryon, and
b- Andrew mentioned a few times that part of the technology was confidential and I did not get a clear sense whether he himself will be privy to this information before completing the deal. If not I would see this as quite high risk.
I remain cautiously bullish. This deal has great potential to be a company maker in its own right- Andrew could barely hide his excitement.
