I know the name of the CEO and what he looks like, and I would've said Adrian if it was him.
This wasn't an attack on him, just some feedback on what I saw today from an outsider's perspective.

For the record, I've been a member of this forum since 2021, and I while I read a lot, I don't post at all.
Figured if I was the CEO of the company (and wasn't at the expo) I'd like some genuine feedback from someone who was actually there and not paid by me... so decided to post something here knowing people from the company read this forum - or at least the "most devoted supporters."

If you want some further feedback, I'd say the handouts at the booth contain too much corporate jargon, such as:
"use an integrated payment solution to automate online payment acceptance with a secure payment gateway and real-time account reconciliation."

Imo, it doesn't really catch the end-user's imagination...

At the expo there were several other companies that also "modernise payment processing," and I had a good chat with the people at Paytron and Expensify. I think Spenda has a fantastic unique selling point with the invoice finance facility and I was hoping to pick up on that during the presentation a bit more.

Instead I was left with the impression its just trying to be another service that speeds up with AP process a bit.

As I said in my first post, I hold shares and want the company to succeed, and hope this feedback gets taken the right way.
