I don't buy the first part either, but obviously it got to a point where they needed the cash and pulled the trigger on a CR. Let them explain the rest and go from there. I wouldn't say his reputation is in tatters, yet, but he has made bold claims / statements that are misleading over the last 6 months+ that need to be addressed.
