I guess the question is why, why go offshore with some of the limited funds we have, when we have such a rampaging asset base here.
Can't help the sarcasm, sorry. You don't need to create a new illusion unless the curtain is about to be drawn on your current one, for all to see. it's the way these things tend to roll as well. Replace something solid and basic, but a failure, with something dazzling and confusing to the masses, unusual propositions in places with exotic names and exciting characters. There is sure to be a fob watch, waist coat or just plainly weird glasses involved somewhere. They all use the same sorts of props.
I sold out two-thirds of a small holding not long back because it's starting to look like a Disallowed operation. I left one-third in because I am happy to be shown to be wrong and won't be too worried about a 100% loss to offset some tax, if I am right.
