Seems your comprehension is a bit off there.
The value of the deal was $5.775m.
The combined MC post deal completion (i.e. the combined MC of CRO & Appstab) would have been $10,5m in March 2020.
AF didn't say it was $55.4m. The accountants & auditors said the share based consideration as at the completion date of the acquisition was $55.4m under the relevant accounting standard.
