Look at the photos of Hakamwe Springs, headquarters for the Cholla Canyon Ranch where your "salty" land is already leased for cattle grazing. I agree that BLM is slow-walking the permit application, and I have been posting for more than a year its reason for doing so. Yes, AZL could go to court to force a decision, but that would add years to the process. Its best hope is for a demagogue to be elected again in 2024.
