Conspiracy theory for ya!
If the person(s) did buy shares instead of the options, what do you think they would have pushed the share price to, to get their fill???
1.5, 2, or even 4 cents??? I don’t know. But by buying the options at .1 and converting at 2.5 they have maintained a fixed price and haven’t pushed the share price up at all. I am not saying this is the case just thinking outside the box.
